Ongoing Service Disruption – Recovery Delays

Recovery efforts are still ongoing following the recent cPanel security incident affecting multiple hosting providers globally.

While the majority of systems across our upstream provider’s infrastructure have now been restored, the server hosting a small number of servers - including affected ByRJ services - remain under recovery.

The provider has also confirmed that cPanel access remains disabled across all servers until a permanent solution for the underlying vulnerability is made available.

Unfortunately, recovery and communication from the upstream provider have been significantly slower than many other providers affected by the same issue. As a result, plans are now being made to migrate affected services to a different infrastructure provider once recovery has been completed in order to improve long-term reliability and communication.

At this stage:
- Recovery work is still ongoing
- Website and control panel access may remain intermittent or unavailable
- No confirmed permanent data loss has been communicated for affected accounts
- Further updates will be provided as confirmed information becomes available

We sincerely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your continued patience while this situation is being resolved.
